Tree Consultancy Group was established in the early 1980s by Jim Keyes F.Arbor.A., Registered Consultant of the Arboricultural Association, following his tenure as Tree Officer at London Borough of Bromley.
Since Jim’s retirement in 1999, the practice has been managed by Kenneth Harvey MICFor, who joined as an associate in 1996. Kenneth is a Chartered Arboriculturist who has been fully engaged in forestry and arboriculture since 1981. A graduate of The Scottish School of Forestry, he is a Professional Member and Registered Consultant of the Institute of Chartered Foresters, and a member of The Royal Scottish Forestry Society. He was secretary to the Arboricultural Association’s Scottish Branch from 2015 to 2019, and was lead organiser and main sponsor of the Association’s Trees and The Law in Scotland seminar with Dr. Charles Mynors in Edinburgh in 2015.
